GTM Leaders Circle - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the rules for joining and participating in the GTM Leaders Circle. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership & Access

  • Membership is a monthly subscription.

  • Your subscription gives you access to mastermind, masterclass and in-person sessions, resources, and community at no extra cost.

  • Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared without our approval.

2. Payments & Billing

  • Membership fees are billed automatically each month to the payment method you provide.

  • Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, even if you do not attend sessions.

  • We may update pricing in the future. You’ll receive at least 30 days’ notice of any change.

  • VAT - The GTM Leaders Circle is provided as a structured professional development programme designed to enhance the vocational skills of participants in commercial, marketing, and leadership roles. In accordance with Paragraph 4(3) of Schedule 1 of the VAT Consolidation Act 2010 and Revenue’s guidance “VAT Treatment of Education and Vocational Training” (Revenue.ie, June 2025), the supply of vocational training and retraining is exempt from VAT. As the GTM Leaders Circle meets these conditions, all participation fees are exempt from VAT under the provisions applicable to vocational training services:

    • the training is directed towards an occupation and its associated skills,

    • it is provided to improve vocational rather than personal skills, and

    • it is delivered through a structured framework with clear learning outcomes.

3. Cancellations & Credits

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by logging in to the subscription portal.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

  • Referral credits: when you refer someone:

    • They should register their interest via this invite page; https://gtmedge.ai/circle

    • If they meet the criteria on the invite page and attend an open mastermind session, your subscription will be paused for 1 month

    • If they join the GTM Leaders Circle by paying their Join Fee (including Month 1 subscription), your subscription will be paused for an additional 2 months

    • Credits will accumulate for each successful referral

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

4. Conduct & Participation

  • The GTM Leaders Circle is a professional environment. Members are expected to act respectfully towards others.

  • You must not solicit, harass, or misuse the community for unrelated promotion.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership if these standards are not met.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Discussions in the Circle are confidential. Do not share sensitive information about other members outside the group.

  • All materials we provide (tools, templates, recordings, etc.) remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own business but not distribute or resell them.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The GTM Leaders Circle provides peer learning, networking, and shared insights. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

  • We are not liable for business outcomes, decisions, or losses arising from participation.

  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount of membership fees you have paid in the previous three months.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

This agreement is between you and Fractional Edge Ltd (t/a GTM Edge) a limited company registered in Ireland, with registered office located at Ground Floor, 71 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 P593 and Registration Number 782670.
