Criteria for Joining
The Circle is not for everyone. It’s designed for scale-up leaders who are in the arena, making real growth decisions, and willing to both give and receive candid advice.
Role & Responsibility
CEOs, Founders, CROs, CMOs, CCOs/CXOs, COOs, or senior GTM executives.
P&L ownership or direct responsibility for revenue, growth, or customer acquisition.
Decision-making authority: can implement strategy and drive change in their organisation.
Company Stage
Scale-ups typically between $5M and $100M ARR / revenue.
Post-product-market fit, actively investing in growth.
Teams of 20+ people, or with dedicated sales/marketing/customer functions.
Funded (VC/PE-backed) or bootstrapped with material growth ambition.
Mindset & Contribution
Open to sharing candid challenges - not just successes.
Committed to learning from peers, not looking for a one-way “consulting” relationship.
Willing to give as much as they get: feedback, tactics, introductions, accountability.
Growth-oriented: see value in frameworks, AI, and modern GTM approaches.
Trustworthy to maintain confidentiality under Chatham House Rules
Time Commitment
Able to commit to a 60-minute weekly circle (virtual, small group).
Prepared to set and report on simple goals for accountability.
Active between sessions: engaging in group discussions, sharing resources.
The Circle is not for:
Early-stage founders pre-revenue or pre-product-market fit.
Consultants or service providers selling to scale-ups.
Leaders unable to commit to regular participation.
